Call to Worship
Lift up your hearts, and rejoice in God’s victory over death! God has done a mighty work in Jesus, whom He raised from the grave! Praise His glorious Name! We are a redeemed people because God has demonstrated His love and power in Jesus’ resurrection. We rejoice because God has rescued us from the death of sin! Our faith is in Jesus our Risen Lord! Let us join in an ancient confession of faith, spoken by fellow Christians since the First Century. Christ was crucified, Christ was buried, Christ was raised from the dead! Hallelujah! Christ is risen!
Pastoral Prayer and Lord’s Prayer Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever, Amen.

Have mercy on me, O God, according to Your unfailing love; Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin. For I know my transgressions, and my sin is always before me. Against You, You only, have I sinned and done what is evil in Your sight; Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow. Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.– from Psalm 51
