Welcome New Members William Abery, Courtney Packer, Josh Wood
Hope Valley has been blessed recently by three young people accepting Christ and joining our fellowship. William Abery is the son of Julian and Sheree Abery and big brother to Sarah. He is in the first grade. William enjoys church and has been a star student in Awana, completing two books this year. He loves animals, dinosaurs, cars and trucks.
Courtney Packer has been attending Hope Valley for around two years. She enjoys the youth group and ceramics. Her parents are Keith and Moria, and she has a sister, Cameron. She is in the eighth grade. Next year Courtney will be attending the Josephine Dobbs Clement Early College High School at North Carolina Central. With this program, she will graduate early and begin college earlier. She hopes to one day be a lawyer. Courtney enjoys singing, writing and playing soccer.
Joshua Wood has attended Hope Valley all of his life. His parents are Shonna and Greg Wood. He is in the third grade. Joshua enjoys video games, television and playing with the family’s three dogs, Max, Ruthie and Petey.
We welcome all of these young people to our church family!
Along with Mia Vazquez-Scales, these three will be baptized on May 5. Remember to keep these new brothers and sisters in your daily prayers.
